Level 14 roof top HLS 4 km. NE of Lismore Airport. NVG compliant HLS meeting all Ambulance NSW specifications. CAUTION: Significant turbulence can be experienced in prevailing north easterly winds with excessive power demands required on approach despite operating inside CAT A WAT AUW. Pilots are advised to exercise caution when arriving / departing to YLIH with prevailing north easterly winds and should consider a recovery at YLIS.

Procedures
Both VFR approach and departure paths have been PC1 surveyed and are obstruction free above 2.5° (4.5%). HLS equipped with water DIFFS. Western arc is also obstruction free but has not been surveyed. Refer to Lismore Hospital HLS Operations Manual available on hospital web. **Caution** Large Flying Fox colony adjacent to Hospital precinct, pad may be unusable during animal migration at dusk and dawn.
