For visiting aircraft: Terminal is very nice, reentry access code is printed on door airside. Parking in front of the terminal is limited to 60 mins. Over that, park in visitor parking. Terminal is locked at 1900, after that contact ARO for code to pedestrian gate 20m South of terminal. The gate needs code for entry and exit.

Great hangar and service from Jet Base. Cannot speak more highly of their service. Had a small mechanical problem they also sorted out by AFM (next door). Professional team all round. Consider using their services if staying at Archerfield.

If asked to move off seal taxiway onto gras to pass opposing direction aircraft think carefully. The so called “serviceable” grass was 6 inches deep mud and caused a prop strike. The AAC will take no responsibility for such incidents.
