Having Technical Issues?


If you're reporting a bug or glitch, please include as much detail as possible, such as:

• What steps did you take before finding the issue?
• What did you expect to happen vs what actually happened?
• Did you see any error messages?
• What is your device OS and app version?
• Can you share a screenshot?*

*To take a screenshot on your iPad, press the Home + Power buttons at the same time (or Power + Volume Up on newer models). The screen will flash, and the screenshot will appear in your Photos app.
